Withdrawals from a verified account are usually processed within 10 to 45 minutes. bKash and Nagad are the fastest — most transfers complete in 15 to 20 minutes. Bank transfers may take a little longer. If you have not received your funds after 45 minutes, contact support.
999bdd does not charge any extra fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, bKash, Nagad or Rocket may apply their own transaction charges, which are deducted by the mobile banking operator and are not within 999bdd's control. Check your own mobile banking app for details.

Games and How to Play
To place a bet on any cricket match including BPL, you must first have a balance in your account. Go to the Cricket section, select the match you want, choose a market, enter your stake and confirm. Live betting is also available while a match is in progress. Winnings are added to your balance automatically.
RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of total bets that a game pays back to players over the long term. For example, a 95% RTP means an average of ৳95 is returned for every ৳100 wagered — but this is an average across millions of spins, not a guarantee for each round. Volatility also matters in slots.
Yes, 999bdd is fully mobile-friendly. You can use the site directly through any smartphone browser (Chrome, Firefox, Samsung Internet) — no separate app download is needed. Slots, live casino and cricket betting all run smoothly on mobile.
999bdd's live casino offers a variety of card and table games with real dealers. You can play live blackjack, roulette and baccarat from Ezugi and other leading providers, along with many more games. See the full list in the BetterLive Live section.
999bdd uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in every game, ensuring that the outcome of each round is completely random and unpredictable. Our game providers — Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe — are internationally recognised. Fair play is our core commitment.
Megaways is a special slot mechanic where the number of symbols on each reel changes with every spin, meaning the number of possible winning ways also varies from spin to spin. This dynamic structure makes the game more varied than traditional fixed-payline slots. Visit the Megaways page to learn more.
Bonuses and Promotions
Simply open a new account at 999bdd and make your first deposit — a 100% welcome bonus is credited automatically, up to ৳5,000. For example, deposit ৳1,000 and you receive ৳1,000 in bonus funds, giving you ৳2,000 to start playing with. No separate code is required.
A wagering requirement is the condition specifying how many times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. The wagering requirement on the 999bdd welcome bonus is 25 times. So if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you need to place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.
If you deposit ৳12,000, the welcome bonus will be ৳5,000 (the maximum limit), bringing your total balance to ৳17,000. Because the bonus cap is ৳5,000, deposits above ৳10,000 do not increase the bonus amount — but a larger deposit still gives you more of your own funds to play with.
You are enrolled in the 999bdd VIP program automatically — no separate application is needed. By playing regularly you can progress from Bronze to Silver, Gold, Platinum and the highest tier, Diamond. Weekly cashback increases at each level — from 0.3% at Bronze up to 1.5% at Diamond.
Weekly cashback based on your VIP level is credited to your account automatically at a set time each week. Silver members receive 0.6%, Gold 0.9%, Platinum 1.2% and Diamond members receive a maximum of 1.5% weekly cashback. See the Promotions section for full details.
